Welcome to Nicholas Black Books. This is a site developed to showcase books written by Nicholas Black. There are both non-fiction and fiction works. My sordid past prevents me from using the traditional routes of publication, thus all of the works are self-published.

All non-fiction works document actual events. One book deals with his service in the French Foreign Legion. Dealings with organized crime in the US resulted in a 7 ½ year Federal Prison sentence for Nicholas Black. The United States NIS approached Mr. Black for his assistance in the fight against al Qaeda due to his international ties and resources. These events were recounted in Walking Ghost.

Soul's Harbor, co-written by Nicholas Black and Ian Federov, is a gritty, no-holds-barred account of the life of a paramedic the way every paramedic would want to...but can't.

The fiction novels Mr. Black has written are in a variety of different genres from epic thrillers to dark comedy. There is a little something for everyone.
